Wade is a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) with a Bachelors in Construction Science from Texas State University and over 30 years of experience in building design, construction, and project management.  As a third generation construction professional, he doesn’t feel this is just a job. It is a heritage built on a foundation of quality service and customer satisfaction.

Services are provided in a multi-phase design/review process while working closely with the customer to ensure all aspects of the design align with their vision.  Through collaboration and communication, each step is completed satisfactorily before moving forward, typically allowing for fixed prices to be provided while mitigating change orders. While every project is unique, design services for typical projects often range between 2%-4% of the estimated cost of construction.
